ernphp Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ernphp," "Platform," "we," "us" — refers to the ernphp online gaming platform operated at ernphp.net, including all subpages, services, games, and applications accessible therein.
• "Player," "User," "you" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ernphp platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered ernphp account held by a Player, associated with a unique username, password, and Philippine mobile number.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" — refers to the PHP-denominated funds held within a Player's ernphp account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonus credits.
• "Real Money Balance" — refers to funds deposited by the Player via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other approved payment channels, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" — refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentive-based credits subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Games" — refers to all slot machines, live dealer tables, RNG table games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, fishing games, and other gaming products available on the ernphp platform.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government-owned and controlled corporation that regulates gaming in the Philippines.

2.1 Minimum Age. Use of the ernphp platform is strictly prohibited for any individual under the age of 21 years. This age restriction applies to account registration, deposits, gameplay, and any other interaction with the ernphp platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on ernphp, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. ernphp reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, in the form of a government-issued Philippine identification document, at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ernphp platform is intended for players located within the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to use ernphp services. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that their access to and use of ernphp complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law and that no court order or regulatory directive prohibits your participation in gaming activities.

2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in a self-exclusion program — whether through ernphp's internal self-exclusion tools or through PAGCOR's player protection programs — are not permitted to register or maintain an ernphp account during the self-exclusion period.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) ernphp account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ernphp reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein upon discovery of duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of ernphp. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ernphp login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any other person. ernphp will not be liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Verification. ernphp may require identity verification at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform. You agree to cooperate with verification requests, which may include submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, UMID, Driver's License, PhilSys ID), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

3.5 Non-Transferability. ernphp accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits therein to any other person.

4.1 Accepted Methods. ernphp accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ernphp reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All deposit transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is PHP 100. ernphp reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds and will communicate such changes through the platform.

4.3 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ernphp account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are not permitted.

4.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya deposits are generally processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your ernphp balance. ernphp is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or Philippine banking institutions.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on ernphp are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ernphp does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion services are provided.

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the name of the ernphp account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. ernphp reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Times. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals — typically within 1 to 6 hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — typically within 1 to 3 business days. VIP tier members may be eligible for expedited processing. ernphp cannot guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party institutions.

5.4 Wagering of Deposited Funds. ernphp may require that deposited funds be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is processed, subject to the applicable terms of any active promotion. This requirement does not apply to Real Money Balance in the absence of any active bonus.

5.5 Verification for Large Withdrawals. For withdrawal requests above PHP 50,000, ernphp may require enhanced identity verification and source-of-funds documentation in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Republic Act No. 9160 and its implementing regulations.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by ernphp are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated in the promotion details page for each offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a wagering requirement is stated (e.g., 20x), you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) the stated number of times using eligible games before the bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Balance.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. ernphp reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering patterns inconsistent with legitimate recreational play, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner not intended by the promotion design.

6.4 Modification or Withdrawal. ernphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time. Promotions are not guaranteed and do not form part of the core ernphp service agreement.

7.1 Third-Party Game Studios. Games available on the ernphp platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, JILI Gaming, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, SA Gaming, Habanero, Spadegaming, and others. Each game is governed by its own published rules and paytables, which are accessible within the game interface.

7.2 Random Number Generators. All RNG-based games on ernphp use certified random number generator technology audited by recognised independent testing agencies. ernphp does not manipulate game outcomes. Displayed RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return across all players and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, technical fault, or communication error that produces an erroneous result, the affected game round will be declared void and stakes refunded to the Player's ernphp balance. Winnings accrued as a result of a manifest malfunction are not payable.

7.4 Sports Betting Settlement. Sports betting markets on ernphp are settled in accordance with the published rules for each sport and market type. ernphp reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by demonstrable corruption, data feed errors, or markets opened in error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ernphp platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

1. Registering while under the age of 21 or facilitating access to ernphp by any person under 21;
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
3. Operating more than one ernphp account, whether personally or in coordination with other persons;
4. Depositing or withdrawing funds using payment methods not registered in your own name;
5. Using automated bots, software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the ernphp platform in ways not intended for human recreational play;
6. Colluding with other players to exploit live casino table games, sports betting arbitrage strategies at scale, or any other mechanic in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation;
7. Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity prohibited under Philippine law including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and Republic Act No. 10168 (Terrorism Financing Prevention and Suppression Act);
8. Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any ernphp platform system, game code, API, or security mechanism;
9. Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward ernphp staff or other players through any communication channel.

9.1 ernphp is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining, can pose risks to individuals who develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

9.2 Available Tools. ernphp provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your account settings: (a) Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (b) Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly); (c) Session time reminders; (d) Temporary self-exclusion (from 24 hours to 6 months); (e) Permanent self-exclusion.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who elect permanent self-exclusion from ernphp will have their account permanently suspended and will not be permitted to re-register. Requests for self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours of submission. ernphp will take reasonable steps to prevent the creation of new accounts by self-excluded players.

9.4 Age Verification Enforcement. ernphp enforces the 21+ age requirement at registration and at subsequent points during the customer lifecycle. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld.

9.5 For additional responsible gaming support and resources, players may also refer to PAGCOR's player protection programs and guidelines published at the PAGCOR official website. ernphp supports and encourages the use of external support resources where players believe they may need assistance managing their gaming behaviour.

10.1 All content on the ernphp platform — including but not limited to the ernphp name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, user interface, game lobby layout, and proprietary features — is the intellectual property of ernphp or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ernphp platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ernphp content without prior written authorisation.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ernphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ernphp platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11.2 ernphp's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in your ernphp account at the time the liability arose.

11.3 ernphp does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or technical fault at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. ernphp will endeavour to minimise the duration and frequency of such interruptions.

12.1 ernphp collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your use of the ernphp platform constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 ernphp complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its handling of personal data. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to the retention obligations imposed by applicable laws including AML regulations.

ernphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the ernphp platform or by notification to your registered mobile number. Your continued use of ernphp following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

14.1 By You. You may close your ernphp account at any time by contacting ernphp support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14.2 By ernphp. ernphp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) failure to complete required identity verification; (d) account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or (e) regulatory or legal requirement. In cases of account closure due to breach, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned subject to applicable investigation and verification procedures.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ernphp platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through ernphp's internal dispute resolution process in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through this process may be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over the subject matter.

15.3 ernphp operates within a framework aligned with PAGCOR guidelines. Regulatory complaints related to online gaming conduct may also be directed to PAGCOR's Player Protection unit through its official channels.
